High priority issue requests

The data group met and designated Nexus issues that we consider to be high priority for fixing.

#4 (Invert Z orientation)
#33 (closed) (Nanometrics sensor shortcuts)
#34 (closed) (Copy sensor & datalogger type to all stations)
#35 (closed) (Display full start/end time on GUI)
#40 (closed) (Warn before exiting)
#43 (Add some Pegasus SOH channels)
