Fix point being plotted wrong on year boundary

• Fix problem with point being plotted in the wrong year when the data crosses a year boundary.
• Fix some warning lines in the log always being parsed into a point with time 0.
• Fix DSP clock difference lines not being read. This was fixed a while ago, but showed up again.
