When data crosses a year boundary, some points plot in the subsequent year instead of the correct one

When plotting RT130 data that crosses a year boundary, some of the points from DOY 001 do not plot in the correct place. In the example shown, the data goes from 2015:297 to 2016:046. However, in the unzoomed plot (first screenshot) there is data plotting on the far right at 2017:001. When you zoom in on those data (second screenshot) those points are plotting at 2017:001. If you click on any of the points plotting at 2017:001 the Messages window takes you to points with 2016:001 time stamps.
