Fix bug Event DS not plotted

closes #111 (closed), #105 (closed)

• If any of waveform channels are set, Event DS will be plotted
• TPS or RAW are plotted if one of TPS/RAW are checked
• Suggestion in #105 (closed) should be canceled because of the selection for Event DS

Notice: some info in Event DS lines are different in compare with logpeek Ex RT130-sample. Look at the end of SOH messages for Events: In SOHView:

DAS: 92EB EV: 0009 DS: 1 FST = 2017:150:00:00:00:15000 TT = 2017:150:00:00:00:000 NS: 432000 SPS: 40.0 ETO: 0
DAS: 92EB EV: 0012 DS: 1 FST = 2017:150:01:00:00:15000 TT = 2017:150:01:00:00:000 NS: 432000 SPS: 40.0 ETO: 0

In logpeek:

This will need be considered when reading RT130 directly.
