Simplify waveform setting

With the current setting, if RAW or TPS is checked but no waveform channels selected, RAW or TPS dialogs are still open with timestamp bar with no channels.

Suggestion: remove RAW. If any waveform channels selected, draw RAW, enable TPS checkbox. If no waveform channels selected, not draw anything.

Have to check with data group to see if there is case that need TPS but not need RAW channel.
