DB config dialogs

Fig bugs in all db config dialogs to make sure they work correctly including:

• Checking ValueColors patterns according to plot type selected
• Giving ValueColors hint according to plot type selected
• Checking changes
• Get data queries
• Update queries
• Showing description for plot types in a nicer way
• Warning user about changes when click on close button.

Bug (maybe?): user can save bad ValueColors if no Plot Type is chosen

Suggestion: add instruction on how to update database to help menu.
