Fix bug with checking size of data set involve in req_wf_chans for rt130

• Move collecting req_wf_chans to before checking_folder_size() to fix bug when checking size for data set that use req_wf_chans
• Fix bug in RT130 when no data stream is selected which results in size of data set isn't calculated or equal zero.
