Main UI and miscellaneous associated widgets

This branch introduces a minimum implementation of the main UI and some additional key subwindows such as a calendar for date selection. Known bugs include julian date not failing to format / function properly for date selection. Other critical components, such as the file list, main data directory selection, and calendar itself (Including the julian date display) are functioning properly.
