add more definition to read for channel SOH/Data Def

close #146 (closed)

Add Data Stream Definition, Calibration Definition and Operating Mode Definition to to channel SOH/Data Def.

Many of this Definition will be overlap each other in plotting. So this have to wait for !165 (merged) to be merged.
