When end_time is exact end time of a day, the second time marker of TPS isn't displayed.

The reason is find_tps_tm() return None, None for the given time greater than all times in each_day_5_min_list.

Ex: RT130-sample, using default start time, end time. The second time marker doesn't show up in TPS dialog.
