Adding Q8 channels

Need to add the Q8 to the list of dataloggers in SOHviewer. I attached an Excel file with the desired channels in it: Q8_SOH_Channel_Definitions.xlsx

This doesn't represent all the SOH channels from the Q8. I left some out but could easily expand the list if we wanted to include all of them.
