Adding/removing channel does not cause other plots to replot

When adding/removing channel in a window, the plot in that window is replotted. However, the plots in other open windows are not replotted.

I think I solved this in MR323 in the way that use the last zoom to plot the current window. That way we don't change anything in the other windows. If that won't work, I will try to replot all windows.
