Pegasus - VST has no existing plot type that works for it

Documentation for VST: 0 = GNSS engine disabled, all flags cleared otherwise the following bitmap applies:

• bit 0 = flag - 2D position fix available
• bit 1 = flag - 3D position fix available
• bit 2 = flag - time fix available
• bit 3 = flag - GNSS engine enabled
