A couple changes for the Centaur's and changes to LIB functions from other programs.

Pnina et. al. are needing this in the field. It's Bob's last update, does centaurs now. We should do this to get the current build updated (python 2), probably shouldn't wait until we roll out the Python 3 repo. I just installed 2019.262 on a field laptop for Pnina, looks to be working.
