Fix issue #60: Make inventory and column widths adjustable

For issue #60 (closed) : Updated code to set column width for inventory as adjustable instead of fixed, and added a QSplitter between the inventory and editor so the width of the whole left panel (as well as the right panel) can be adjusted by the user.
