Block number slider is not initially displayed in the Standard, Verbose or Very Verbose mode

The Block Number slider doesn't not initially show up after building the trace db. It appears that you have to re-click on the radio button associated with the Standard, Verbose or Very Verbose mode in order for it to get displayed.
