Address feedback from data group on latest version of lemi2seed (2022.227)

The data group has been testing the latest version of lemi2seed (2022.227).

They have made several suggestions including some:

• Feature enhancements in GUI interaction
• Updates in message logging

Their feedback will be addressed in this issue.

To do list:

• Flag invalid formatting of components recorded metadata field in the CLI log (see issue #5 (closed))
• Update CLI messages that currently flag the lack of electric or magnetic field data for a given run if the components recorded field is incomplete or invalid (see issue #9 (closed))
• Add message in CLI to indicate number of runs detected and their start times (see issue #5 (closed))
• Create non-editable widget to display number of runs metadata field under Station/Runs tabs (see issue #5 (closed))
• Create non-editable widget to display start time of given run under Station/Runs/Run X tabs (see issue #5 (closed))
• Update GUI module (gui_view) so that the Station panel name is highlighted in red when there are any incomplete or invalid metadata fields under the Runs panel name (see issue #10 (closed))
• Update GUI module (gui_view) to dynamically update model whenever a new metadata field is entered by the user (see issue #7 (closed))
