Validate metadata does not change Station tab label to red when Run information is missing

When running Validate metadata, the Station tab text does not change to red like the Electric and Magnetic tabs do when metadata is incomplete for the Runs section of the Station tab. It should change colors to indicate to the user that they are missing information in that tab.
