tps scrollbar, label's position, color, height for each

closes #88 (closed)

• Fix pixel height of TPS plots and legend to correct tps widget so the scrollbar can scroll to see all TPS plots and legend
• Adjust label's position because for some plots, their labels show up too high
• Shorten plotting height of each TPS plot; adjust size, shape, color of each marker to make it look more like qpeek's TPS.
