Allow user to add unknown channels to database with simple action

Right now, if there is an unknown channel in the data set, the user has to manually add them to the database one by one. It would be good to have a simple way to do this task.

Ideas:

• Double click on channel name
• An action in the context menu

What would happen:

• Open a dialog to let the user enter information
• Add the channel to the database with default setting
• Add the channel to the database and show the database window so that the user can edit the new channel
