Read all MSeed SOH data

It would be a good idea to read and plot all the SOH data in a data set. That way, the user gets a more complete idea of what is happening with the datalogger they are looking at. Seeing as we already read all the SOH data in RT130 data sets, this issue is limited to MSeed data sets.
