New SOH channels - Pegasus

Nanometrics Pegasus has additional SOH channels that are not currently in SOHviewer:

VGT: GNSS time

VPH: GNSS HDOP

VPO: Seascan PPS phase

VPP: GNSS PDOP

VPV: GNSS VDOP

These channels either need to be added to SOHviewer or ignored.
