Select date return format always DOY

If DOY was chosen as a date format at any point, when a new date is chosen, the displayed date will be formatted in DOY even if the date format is a different one.

Ex: choose DOY as the format then immediately switch to YYYY-MM-DD. The date in From Date Editor and To Date Editor is reformatted in the new format. Then, choose a new date in either editor. That new date will be formatted in DOY.
