Current validation for Q330 GPS data has problem

Originally, it is assumed that a GPS data point in Q330 log is encoded in 12 lines and is then followed by a PLL status line. However, there are cases where a GPS data point is encoded in only 11 lines, which is then followed by a PLL status line. This causes some valid Q330 GPS data points to be invalidated.
