Some RT130 channels not plot correctly

Expiriment: 9926

  • GPS On/Off/Err: On/Off/Err on 3 lines
  • GPS Lk/Unlk combine with GPS clock power in one channel so that even no data in GPS clock power, still need to print label for data point: 0
  • Error/Warning: should have value (in SOHView no value)
