Add ability to edit start/end time to microsecond

The fix for issue #35 (closed) allows users to view start/end times to the microsecond, but didn't enable the user to edit the times past the minute. Users should be able to edit the full time.

This issue has been addressed in MR !33 (merged) and will be released in a new version of nexus.
