Unittest for lopt.py
I added the getHostname test to test_lopt.py and deleted the test_two_lopt.py file.

Added getHostname test to preexisting test file
You should add your new test test_get_host_name
to the existing test_lopt.py
module instead of creating a new one. That will make it much easier to track new changes in the project history.
You should try to follow the PEP8 naming conventions. In this case, for naming your class, you should user the camel case style: TestLopt
.
