Pyside2: Show messages while scanning

-'Please wait' popup window

-Examining n traces at bottom of main GUI

When these aren't present, risk of user thinking application is not responding depending on how long it takes to finish scanning. Including these makes the experience consistent with past versions of ckmseed.
